How do I submit an application?You have two options to submit an application on our site. If you know the property you would like to apply for you simply visit “Available Properties” and click the “apply now” button on the right corner.
If you are submitting an application to get screened and do not have a specific property you are ready to apply for, then you can simply click the “submit an application” button on the Home page or under “Available Properties”
What is the minimum credit score I need?We require a credit score of at least 650 to be considered for one of our properties.
How much is the security deposit?The standard security deposit is one month’s rent.
How do I pay my rent?Rent can be paid online through the tenant portal or by check or certified funds.
What is your pet policy?Our pet policy varies by property based on the preference of the owner. If the owner does allow pets, there will be an additional fee to your security deposit for each pet. Please contact our office to inquire about the pet policy on a specific property that you are interested in. 843-574-9100.
What is the tenant portal?The tenant portal is an online system that gives a unique login and password to each tenant for their rental. This system allows the tenant to check their balance, pay rent online, and submit maintenance requests.
How do I submit a maintenance request?You can submit all maintenance requests through your tenant portal with photographs of the issue. Or you can call our office at 843-574-9100 and select option 1. The maintenance call line is 24/7 and should be used in case of a maintenance emergency.
NOTE: If there is an emergency and you are in danger, call 911 immediately.
