Tenant Qualification & Lease Negotiation
An extensive and thorough tenant screening process on applicants over the age of 18 is performed prior to moving forward with potential tenants. We know we would only want quality tenants moving into our home, so we treat yours the same. From a criminal background check to a full review of their rental history, everyone is properly looked into to ensure your comfort. We also take on the responsibility of negotiating a lease agreement that works for you and your tenant. Whether the conversation involves pets or security deposits, we are professionally trained and know how to navigate anything that comes our way.
Inspections & Maintenance
Every time a tenant moves in and moves out we will complete an inspection report on your property to ensure your property is in perfect condition. In addition, every 6 months we will complete a walk-through inspection and take photos to ensure the tenant is maintaining your property during their rental period. However, an unavoidable fact of life is that things do break, but when and if they do, we got it covered! With our 24-hour emergency maintenance line, we address issues quickly. Another option we have for less emergent situations is our maintenance request page which our tenants can access online. As soon as we are aware of an issue, we discuss the options with you and send someone out to repair it as soon as possible!

Monthly reports, annual statements, and your own online portal to check on anything at all times ensure our consistent flow of communication. We will keep you informed of what’s happening with your property, but keep the dirty work off your hands!
