It used to be that if you were looking for a rental property you would open the newspaper! You would flip right to the Real Estste section. You then would circle the properties that appealed and dialed the listed phone numbers to make an appointment to see the property! Those days are long gone. Over 85% of searches for rental properties are online. Many of us “Google”the desired geographically area to start. From here there is a plethora of websites that pop up and you are on your way! In most cases you can see the entire property through online photos and videos. Much of the leg work is done before you even contact the owner, property manager or agent.The web has created efficiency as it relates to rental properties from start to finish!
