In 2024, CREC Property Management invested heavily in enhanced marketing to ensure each property in our portfolio receives optimal exposure. With updated listings on the top rental websites, such as Realtor.com, Zillow, and Trulia, along with consistent social media outreach, newsletters, advertising platforms, and more, we’re making sure properties reach a wider audience. Charleston is a highly competitive rental market, and standing out requires attention to both presentation and reach.
2. Military & First Responder Discounts for New Owners and Tenants
At CREC, we recognize the dedication of Charleston’s military personnel and first responders, and we believe in showing our appreciation through discounts designed specifically for them. This past month, we rolled out special offers to make property management more accessible and affordable for those who give so much to our community.
3. Increased Initiatives for Our Realtor Referral Program
The power of community collaboration is undeniable, and this year we put greater emphasis on our Realtor Referral Program. This program has helped us expand our network while also rewarding the real estate professionals who connect property owners with CREC. Each successful referral helps us grow our portfolio and allows realtors to earn a reward while ensuring their clients are in trusted hands with our experienced team.
4. Expanding Our Portfolio to Serve Charleston
This year, CREC Property Management proudly reached a milestone by managing 500+ properties across Charleston and its surrounding areas. We’re honored that so many property owners trust us with their investments and that we can continue to grow our impact in Charleston’s rental market. Each property is more than just a listing; it’s a home, and we handle it as if it were our own.
5. Serving More Tenants in the Charleston Community
As we expanded our property portfolio, the number of tenants we serve has also grown significantly, with 475 +/- tenants now calling a CREC-managed property “home.” We strive to create a seamless rental experience, from onboarding to move-out, and our team is dedicated to making every tenant feel supported.
6. Celebrating Team Growth and Excellence at CREC Property Management
This year has been one of growth not only in our portfolio and service offerings but also within our team. At CREC Property Management, we believe that a strong team is the foundation of excellent service, and we are thrilled to announce some exciting promotions within our staff. These internal advancements reflect our commitment to recognizing talent, dedication, and the relentless pursuit of excellence in property management.
We’re proud to celebrate Stephanie Thomas, who has stepped into the role of Leasing Manager/Property Manager. Over the past six years, Stephanie has consistently demonstrated dedication, deep knowledge, and a true passion for real estate; her leadership will continue to be a valuable asset as we expand our services and portfolio across Charleston. We are also excited to congratulate Veronica Johnson, who has been promoted to Property Support Specialist (Assistant Property Manager). Since joining CREC, Veronica’s keen attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and team-oriented approach have made her an invaluable part of our operations
