If you do not have a specific property you are applying for, but would like to begin the screening process you may click the button below to submit an application:

PLEASE NOTE: APPLICATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE:
- All persons over the age of 18 will need to complete an application.
- A $65 fee will be charged for each applicant.
- Please prepare to have the following items for your application:
- 3 years of residential history
- Contact information for your rental references
- Proof of monthly income (most properties require a combined gross income of at least 3 times the monthly rent)
- Valid form of ID
- If approved, tenant will be charged a $100 administration fee
