How does the Realtor Referral Program Work?
Send us the information of your customer or client and let us take it from there! We want you to be able to focus on your Real Estate career and trust that we will take great care of your clients until they are ready to list.
Our team is thrilled to announce that we are now offering a $550.00 agent referral fee, up from our previous $350.00 fee!
Local agents who refer a client that signs a full-service management agreement with CREC will receive a $550.00 VISA gift card.
Referrals for clients that sign a marketing and tenant placement agreement will be compensated with a $250.00 VISA gift card.
We keep you in the loop! After we complete our 6 month property inspection we will notify you so you can reach back out to the owner about listing when the lease ends.
