Are you licensed?
Yes! CREC Property Management is fully licensed and a proud member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). We adhere to the highest industry standards to ensure your property is managed with integrity, professionalism, and care. -
How much does it cost?
Our process starts with a dedicated Business Development Manager (BDM) conducting a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) of your property to determine the rental range it could command if listed. From there, our BDM will walk you through all options in detail, helping you make an informed, educated decision on the best way to move forward with your property.

How much is the security deposit?
The standard security deposit is one month’s rent, protecting your property and encouraging tenants to care for it. -
How do you screen tenants for my property?
Our thorough tenant screening ensures your property is rented to only the most qualified applicants:
- State and National criminal background checks
- Credit reports (650+ minimum)
- Income and employment verification
- Rental history and landlord references
- ESA and Service Animal authenticity verification

How do you handle maintenance issues?
We provide 24/7 emergency maintenance and an online platform for non-urgent requests. Our trusted vendors handle repairs quickly and professionally, or you may choose to use your preferred vendors. -
How is the rent handled?
Rent is collected on behalf of owners at the beginning of each month. Tenants submit payments online or in-office by the 5th to ensure timely processing. -
When do I get paid?
Owner payments are issued on the 10th of each month. If the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday, payments are processed on the next business day. -
Can I see my property accounting online?
Absolutely! Owners receive personalized access to their Owner Portal, where you can view all documents, statements, and accounting details anytime. -
How long is the lease?
We focus on long-term residential rentals to provide stability and reliable tenants. We do not manage month-to-month or vacation rentals. -
What is the Owner Portal?
The Owner Portal is a secure, online hub to manage your property. From here, you can access documents, track payments, view statements, and communicate directly with our team. Access your portal by visiting our website and clicking “Owner Login” under the Owners tab.
