How to Apply for a Rental with CREC Property Management
If you’ve found a property you’d like to apply for, follow these simple steps to get started:
Step 1: Find Your Property
Go to the Available Properties section on our website and locate the home you’re interested in.
Step 2: Start Your Application
Click the “Apply Now” button at the bottom right of the property listing page.
Step 3: Complete Your Application
Follow the prompts to fill out your application. Make sure to include all required information and documentation to avoid delays. If you don’t have a specific property in mind but want to start the screening process, click the button below to submit an application:
APPLY NOWStep 4: Individual Applications & Fees
- Everyone over the age of 18 who will live in the property must complete a separate application.
- A non-refundable $75 application fee is required per applicant.
- A $250 Administrative Fee per household is due within 72 hours of signing the lease, along with the security deposit.
Step 5: Prepare Your Documentation
To make the process smooth and fast, have the following ready:
- Residential history (past 3 years): Addresses and contact info for previous residences.
- Rental references: Contact info for landlords or property managers who can verify your rental history.
- Proof of income: Combined gross monthly income should be at least 3x the rent. Acceptable documents include pay stubs, bank statements, or an employment verification letter.
- Valid ID: A government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or passport.
