How to Submit a Maintenance Request

1. Click Submit a Maintenance Request below and sign in to your AppFolio Resident Portal.
2. Once logged in, select Maintenance, then Request Maintenance.
3. Describe the issue and include photos when possible, then submit your request.

Maintenance Emergency?

For a maintenance emergency requiring immediate attention, call 843.574.9100 and select option 2.

If there is an immediate threat to life or safety, call 911.
